This refund policy (this “Policy”) outlines when you may be eligible for refunds for services (“Services”) or physical products (“Goods) that you purchase through fairplaypolicy.org (the “Site”), which is operated by Fair Play Policy Institute (“we,” “us,” “our”).

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with purchases that you make through the Site. This Policy only applies to purchases that you make directly on the Site and not purchases that you make on third-party sites that you might link to from the Site. Any refunds for purchases on third-party sites will be subject to those third parties’ own refund policies. We may modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective following posting to the Site for any purchases that you make following such change.

Eligibility

If we fail to deliver to you any Goods or Services (collectively, “Product(s)”) that you order in accordance with the description on the Site, or if any Goods are otherwise damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement for the Product.

You must make requests for refunds or replacements within ten (10) days of your purchase.

You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement if the Product is compliant with the description on the Site and not, in the case of Goods, otherwise damaged or defective. We may, at our election, provide you with a replacement of a Product in lieu of a requested refund. If we determine that issues with the Product are minor, or a delivery of a Service has been partially completed, or the failure to provide or complete a Service is due to your actions and not our fault, we may decide that you are only entitled to a partial refund or not to any refund.Final decisions as to your eligibility for a refund or replacement for any purchases you make on the Site will be at our sole discretion.

Process

To initiate a refund, please email us at info@fairplaypolicy.org. Your request must identify the Product for which you are requesting a refund and the reason for the request. If you are requesting refunds for Goods, you will need to return the item, in accordance with our instructions, within 30 days of your purchase. If you fail to timely return the item, you will be ineligible for a refund and we may cancel or recharge you for refunds already granted.

Our payment processor will process eligible refunds within ten (10) business days after we notify them of our approval. All refunds will be applied to the payment card that you used for the original purchase.
