The Fair Play Policy Institute is a private foundation advancing equity with a focus on "care justice" - equitable caregiving in America. The Institute provides programming and grants to non-profit organizations working on improving how we care for each other, using tools to help individuals and communities build support systems and raise awareness about care movement policies.

The Institute makes up to four grants annually each Spring, supporting activities that strengthen leadership, adaptive capacities, and management/technical capacities.
- [CareForce](https://fairplaypolicy.org/careforce): A cross-sector collaborative of over 350+ builders, advocates, founders, storytellers, and researchers in care. Members get access to monthly programming and a private Slack group with opportunities for connection, collaboration, and community-building.
- [Certified Facilitators](https://fairplaypolicy.org/get-support): Professional facilitators who help individuals and families implement the Fair Play system to create equitable division of household labor and caregiving responsibilities. Available for both in-person and virtual support.
