I am an educator/operations specialist turned perinatal social worker and program evaluator. I have spent the last 15 years supporting children and families in a variety of settings. As a perinatal therapist, I now focus on supporting families during the perinatal time period - when planning to expand their family, going through pregnancy/planning for a baby’s arrival, and through the first few years of parenthood.
As a Certified Fair Play Method Facilitator, I also work with individuals and couples to develop more equity in the home by coaching them through the Fair Play Method. I offer workshops to groups and organizations on how to get started with the Fair Play Method as well.
In addition to my work with individuals, couples, and groups, I also work as an organizational consultant, providing support on program evaluations, operations systems, and content development.
