I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator with over ten years of experience. I provide individual and couples therapy.

My favorite clients are couples with a sense of humor, who don’t mind a real, direct, no-nonsense, and unfiltered conversation, and who are ready to make positive and forward moving life changes. During my years in practice, I found that I love talking about the challenges that typically surround the topic of sex and most importantly helping others engage with their sexual journey and normalize their sexual issues. These issues can be such an awkward conversation to discuss when approached poorly and, at times, uncomfortable to work on, but not in my office!

I have a large group of my first responders that I work with through their life challenges. I find the sessions a fun unique mix of mental chess, sarcasm, gallows humor, and truly heavy life challenges.
