Hi, I’m Claudia Timmermans, an ICF-certified coach, Fair Play Facilitator, and attorney. With over a decade of experience in professional services, advising organizations across cities and continents on HR tax matters, I understand the pressures of high-achieving environments and the invisible load many women carry at home. As a mom of two, I’ve learned that the home is an organization too. It deserves the same thoughtful planning, structure, and care as any workplace.

Through my coaching and Fair Play facilitation, I help ambitious women redefine success and balance on their own terms. That might mean advancing in Corporate America, pausing their careers, or venturing out on their own.
