As a mom of two kids, navigating life married to a white, Southern-born-and-raised full-time working husband, and a career that takes me around the world, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to create balanced partnerships. My mission? Proving that equitable relationships are possible—even with a full, complex life.

As a certified Fair Play facilitator, I help individuals and teams turn this vision into reality. My approach is uniquely personal—I've walked the Fair Play journey myself, spending two years working with my own coach to transform my relationship and understanding of equitable partnership. I've personally navigated the challenges, celebrated the breakthroughs, and experienced the transformative power of Fair Play in my own relationship and at work.

With a personal and professional background that has taken me across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Western Europe, I bring a global perspective to coaching. My experience as a third culture kid and as a leader in the International Education field allows me to connect deeply with clients, breaking down complex challenges into actionable strategies.
