Lena Hoppe is an Executive and Life Coach, her coaching conversations benefitting from a versatile skill set gained in her extensive career in the Arts as well as in Corporate Communications.

Following the thought of New Work Pioneer Frithjof Bergmann, Lena believes that everyone should aspire to do what they “really love”, allowing their potential to unfold in its entirety. The core of Lena’s work as a coach thus is to help her clients find clarity on their priorities and reach contentment while on their challenging transformational life journeys.

Being a mother, she has experienced how parenthood – and all the unvisible and unpaid work that come with it) – can affect one’s delicate balance between the spheres of work and life. She has been strenuously juggling her own “3P roles” (of parent, partner, professional) before really understanding the importance of “being unavailable” from time to time.

Lena holds a Master’s degree in Music and Law from Berlin Humboldt University (Germany) and was a visiting student at the Royal Holloway College of the University of London (United Kingdom).

She is the first Fair Play Facilitator in Germany and currently lives in Hamburg with her husband and son.
