As a certified Jai Master Parent Coach and a Facilitator for the Fair Play Institute, I focus on redistributing household responsibilities to foster equality and cooperation. This approach empowers families to create a more balanced and joyful home life.

My personal journey as the only child of a single mom, raised by my supportive grandparents, instilled in me the importance of calmness and consistency. I bring a deep understanding of family dynamics, complemented by certifications from esteemed organizations like MassGeneral and Hand to Hold. Volunteering for maternal health initiatives is also a passion of mine, enhancing my commitment to supporting families in their unique challenges. When I'm not coaching, I enjoy diving into a good book, cooking, or hiking with my two Bernese Mountain Dogs. Nature inspires me and keeps me grounded.
