Martha Hoffman is an ADHD expert with over two decades of experience in teaching and coaching, with a Master’s degree in Special Education from American University. As a successful entrepreneur, she leverages her own ADHD journey to help others thrive. Based in Washington, DC for the past 24 years, Martha runs her coaching business and her husband owns a neighborhood restaurant. Together, they are raising two girls and take pride in being active members of their community.
Martha's coaching style is grounded in real-life experience and empathy. Having worked with clients ranging in age from 3 to 70 years old, she understands how ADHD can affect people differently at every stage of life. Martha is direct, down-to-earth, and brings a bit of humor (and a few curse words) to her sessions. A self-described introvert who loves to socialize, she brings a balance of insight and warmth to her work. When she's not coaching, you'll likely find her cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies, spending time with her family, reading or connecting with her community in meaningful ways.
