Mary Beth Ferrante is an executive leadership coach, employee engagement consultant, a mom of two, and a thought leader on the intersection of work and care. Proudly partnered with the Fair Play team to create the Fair Play Method facilitator training program. She leads the Fair Play Train-The-Trainer Program and is thrilled to continue to train professionals to incorporate Fair Play into their work with individuals, couples, and groups. In addition to the work she does with the Fair Play team, she leads WRK/360, a consulting and coaching organization that partners with companies to create strategic culture change that focuses on supporting the whole employee.
