As an immigrant and a professional who has worked in a number of different industries and types of companies and organizations, from a large corporation in Tel Aviv to a tiny nonprofit in NYC, I have had access to a wide variety of work cultures and norms. My coaching is inspired by my hard-won knowledge that so much more is possible in our lives and careers than we imagine, and that we have more power than we think to shape our home and work environments to meet our values.

I help working parents open up to bolder, bigger visions of what's possible in their lives through Fair Play -- and actually take the steps to make those visions a reality.
