Mollie Farrell is a coach, consultant, and trainer who helps lawyers, legal professionals, and working moms reach their potential, find fulfillment, and lead authentically.

In her coaching, Mollie uses a combination of intuition, questionable humor, and empathy to support her clients as they navigate their careers and lives. Her expertise includes imposter syndrome, boundaries, and rebalancing the mental load. Mollie loves supporting working moms as they integrate their professional lives and their personal and parenting aspirations to create a balance that genuinely works for them.

Mollie is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and a member of the Missouri Bar. She is also an Impostor Syndrome-Informed Coach, a Licensed Speaker with the Impostor Syndrome Institute, and a Certified Fair Play Method Facilitator. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Outside of work, Mollie is raising two daughters with her attorney spouse, while solo-parenting the family dog. She cultivates joy and balance in her own life through reading, painting and coloring, practicing pilates, walking the dog while listening to her favorite podcasts, learning floral design, and playing the daily Wordle.
