Dr. Sara Pascal is a licensed clinical psychologist and Fair Play® Facilitator who helps individuals and parents address the imbalance of domestic and invisible labor that so often strains relationships. Using the Fair Play® method, she guides clients in making unseen responsibilities visible, dividing them equitably, and reclaiming time for the relationships and pursuits that matter most to them.

Her clinical background brings additional depth to this work. Conversations about household roles often surface longstanding family patterns, unspoken expectations, and accumulated resentment. For over a decade, Dr. Pascal has specialized in perinatal issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, and complex presentations, working with patients in New York and abroad.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Pascal offers Fair Play® presentations and workshops for corporate, community, and social events. She sees clients in person in Union Square and via telehealth throughout New York. When these deeper dynamics arise, she is prepared to address them with care.
